Tower Solutions is a smaller privately held company that has seen growth and a certain amount of related volatility in its financial history. Impact Financial Services (IFC) was brought in to help provide improved visibility to the monthly financial results and to develop a cash flow forecast model for the business.
IFC has worked with Tower management and its Board of Directors to develop a monthly financial report that includes a scorecard to quickly gauge progress towards it’s goals and to highlight areas of concern. The cash forecast model was put in place and identified the need to adjust Towers Line of Credit needs to accommodate the working capital needed to fund a large contract that the company was recently awarded.
