Scott’s next role was as a global controller for a manufacturing and distribution business operating within the US and over 20 countries abroad. That role led to a long career as a CFO for this growing business where he oversaw all finances worldwide. Revenue grew more than 4X during his tenure. At the same time, Scott led integrated global cost reduction efforts resulting in more than doubling of the EBITDA percentage. In addition, he led the formation of a retail entity which grew from a startup into 300 stores and $100M in annual revenue in the US and 50+ stores in Italy with annual revenue of over 20M Euro. He established the financial infrastructure, conducted valuation assessments and negotiated purchase agreements of these assets.
